We used vacations to go in Jan and got tickets for less than half what we paid a year earlier for a very similar cruise (the first cruise was booked through a travel agent)....this year's was short notice though (10 days) and not premium cabins (bunk beds) but if you are flexible with your schedule, you can get some good deals.

vacationstogo.com is by far the cheapest and the port fees are already added into the price so the only additional expense will be tax and tipping on the cruise which is about $10 a person per day.  I know that a lot of sites do not add port fees so watch out you may think your getting a better deal until you find out you are going to be charged port fees I found a few sites I thought  where cheaper than vacationstogo until it came to checkout time and port fees where added.

start by finding a travel agent that you trust tell them where and when you want to go and your budget and i fell they will do their best to get you the best price.and just because its cheap don't make it good do some on line research go to cruise critic and read then decide . but you have a great cruise.
