Im wanting to lose weight for my summer vacation?

Im about 170lbs and six foot. I've always been meaning to lose weight, whats the fastest way to go about it? I only need to lose about 2kgs, the rest to tone up.

Anything that can be noticable within 5 weeks. Thanks

  2. What u r gonna do is great .. but make sure u stick to it and .. try to exercise .. go to a gym or smth to tone up ..

    -Eat a lot of green veggies .

    -Do not sit at the computer or TV for too long .. instead of that play some sports or just walk around

    - skipping is one of the greatest way to loose weight too .. i mean at home .. skip at least 5-10 mins a day

  3. Stock up on vitimin and protien-dense foods for five days or so,

    Consume ONLY fruit juice and water for then next five days or so,

    Eat only small morsels, very frequently for the next three days or so.

    Reapeat if necessary (judging by your bmi, it won't be though.)

  6. 170 lbs and 6' tall? I don't think you need to lose weight.

    Nonetheless, the only way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. So eat less and exercise more.
