im wanting to buy a property out in the place called tuena

there is 40 thousand acres for sale for 3 million dollars australian

anyways

im wondering how much half an acer would cost

well any ideas on how much one acer would cost

its a pretty cheap area

there are no other properties for sale but i just want a ruff idea on how much it would cost

and bare in mind im only 16 so it would be my first property for a weekend holiday

well 40 thousand acres for 3 million would only cost you 75 dollars an acre, but can you just buy one acre? maybe not. And this acre would be raw land so where would you live? If you are 16, you might want to investigate things further, maybe talk to your parents and see what they say, or a trusted friend who has experience with australian property. Good luck, mate!
