First i take 2 scoops of a workout shake called superpump 250, which builds muscle without protein and is proven to work you out 5 times harder than with just water. 45 minutes after, i begin working out with 1/3 of the workout of perfect pushups ( 4 sets with normal width) then i do about 60 reps of bicep curls with 10 lbs (at the gym i do 10 reps of 30) then about 75 reps of forearms with the same 10 lb, then about 50 reps of some kind of shoulder workout with the 10 lbs (like military press), then about 45 reps of some kind of tricep workout, then about 45 reps of upright rows (deltoid workout), then 150 jumping jacks, then 4 sets of different ab workouts, then rest for about a minute while drinking a little water, then i repeat 2 more times. Is this effective? i also go to the gym about 2-4 times a week, i only do this if i cant go to the gym after skipping a day.
