  1. Since you have completed one year with your current sponsor you can transfer your sponsorship to another company in Sharjah if you can manage to get the release from your current sponsor.  There is a particular application form for transferring sponsorship.  Both the current and your proposed employer has to be signed on that.  Then your company PRO (current or new) will followup the formalities in the Labor departments of Dubai and Sharjah.

    All the best

  3. You need to get a No Objection Letter from your current employer for a smooth transfer to new company. If this is difficult, then get your visa cancel from your current company and ask the new company to apply for new visa. You may have to pay AED 5000 to get approval for new visa within 6 months after cancellation. Otherwise you have to manage 6 months on visit visa and apply for employment after that.

    Hope this answer helps.

  4. Request for a transfer but you must inform your employer and the Embassy.
