i have master degree and working in kuwait in shipping line, i have 6 years experience in shipping line, and clearence documentation, now i want to migrate to canada for a bright future, will sme empoyer sponsor me to get canada and work there?

Perhaps they will, if they know who and what you are, which means you must clearly spell out your qualifications and describe your experience in detail. You would have to make a written presentation to them, which is called a résumé in most of Canada, but also known as a curriculum vitae (CV), especially in the Province of Quebec.

There is no set format for it, but there are certain requirements that must be met and it is imperative that it be well-written. This document will provide a summary of your work history, some background information on duties, meaning what you do for your employer, what achievements you have made for them and your educational qualifications.

For example, and employer would see your query above and ask:

Master Degree in what field?

6 years experience in doing what?

Without meaning this as an insult I recommend you should not attempt to write such a document yourself as your writing is very poor. Hire a professional to write the résumé/ CV for you.
