And since you said you hold a Chinese passport, I'm assuming that means you are indeed a Chinese citizen because only Chinese citizens can have Chinese passports. Unless you mean your passport is in Chinese language but was issued by the Singaporean government and you're actually Singaporean. In which case you will need a visa.
