  1. Female rabbits can be extremely aggressive when they are not spayed.  Spaying your rabbits will decrease aggression, make litter training easier, and result in many health benefits.  Unspayed females are prone to uterine, ovarian, and mammary cancers.  They can also develop pyometra an infection of the uterus.

The best thing you could do is spay her.  You should also have the male neutered because he will have the same behavioural benefits, and will also have some health benefits.

  2. she could be in heat, rabbits breed about every six months, and the ideal age to start breeding a rabbit is six months she could be in heat.

  3. she is having mood swings because she is growing up. i suggest spraying her.

  4. she has reached puberty.  it is time for her to be spayed.  the aggressive behavior WILL NOT go away until this is done!

if the male is not neutered, this needs to be done as well.
