I know when your pregnant you can feel baby's hick ups and everything but what does it mean when it feels like they are shaking like having a seizer in your belly? is that normal? can they have siezurs in utero? what else could it be? the movement was so quick. ?

  1. Im 28wks too. I also feel that strange movement sometimes, im sure its normal. And the hiccups that ive felt are hard to feel, mainly feel them with just my hand not from inside too, although once it made my tummy move from the hiccups.

  2. That's normal! It's rapid succession hiccups. I'm 23 weeks, and my little guy scared the c**p out of me the first time I felt that. I asked my OB, and he confirmed the fact that it's just hiccups. Either that, or he said it could be the baby stretching. (You know how we kind of shake a little with a real good stretch?). Anyway, it's completely normal, and nothing to get worried over.

    Congratulations!

  3. I know what you mean.  It freaked me out too when I felt that for the first time.  I do know it's not a seizure since both of my boys turned out to be completely healthy.  Not sure what it is other than the baby just moving around kinda like a muscle twitch.

  4. I was worried about that to, my doctor jsut said it was the baby moving around, and i think she flipped a few times. Shes 4 months now and shes so hyperactive i ahve to put her down cause shes so wiggly lol

  5. I have been worried about that same exact thing but my dr. told me that the baby could have ust had a spasm, or it could just be normal, so i wouldn't worry to much about it.

  6. its really normal!!!

your baby has a lot of space now, so he/she moves a lot!... what you are really feeling is all the water moving, because of the baby's movements!....

i think we all worry at first, but maybe its just your baby rotating or kicking and rotating.... or whatever... they do have lots and lots of space now.
