Im worry about my growth

sometime mostly 4 or 3 time a week i work out doing 15, 10lb lift up for each arm. 15 sit up, 15 crunchis, 30 push up. should i just stop working out and play sport/ run a lot so i dont have to risk growth stunt? and did it already happen im scared. im 13.5 year old and im 5 feet and 6 inches

  1. You think that working out ,will make you stop growing?

    That is a myth.Your growth stunts will happen.

    Just keep doing it:very healthy.

    Men grow till their early twenties ,so you have plenty of time to grow taller

  2. im sorry....i am really sorry.......doing that much and telling people about it just made you that much more of a wimp...especially if your scared of stunting......im way younger than you and i could do what you do in a week in about half a hour....

  3. you can only lift 10 pound with one arm??? doctors say don't work out til at least 12 but u may have.

  4. 10 lbs wont stun your growth......

    your 13 this is the age when boys start growing so calm down and 5 ft 6 in is pretty tall for a 13 yr old
