I want the fastest car imaginable, that can fit at least one other person besides the driver. I don't care about the price or if it is available yet, he is RICH! Thanks for your help!

is the character into classics or new technology? do they have an interest in cars or do they just want a status symbol? does the car need to be fast around corners or just in straight lines?

If you want a fast car then a Bugatti is the way to go.  Its one of the fastest and most expensive cars on earth.
