  2. You could be out of shape.  When is the last time you exercised?  Drink plenty of water and pace yourself.  

  3. if u meant throw up, then u shld not eat to the brim b4 running. and about get tired, its bcos, ur lung capacity isnt at the level of what u doing, but u can get there by constantly doing it.

  4. everyone gets tired after running, and hydrate BEFORE excersize as well, don't chug as much water as you can during water breaks, wet your mouth, spit it out, then take a gulp or 2 and be on your way
