Ima a swimmer and water polo plyaer wat protein shakes should i get?

as i said before...i need a protein shake that helps swimming and water polo

i swim ALOT and the practices r painful (2.5-3 hours a day)

wat protein shakes and brands would u guys reccomend?

Endurox for after workouts and accelerade for during workout.  Endurox works as a quick light protein shake that helps replenish your body from the lacitc acid build up so youll be ready for your next workout.  Accelerate is like a super gatorade - except you can eactually feel it working during your practice

  3. I have a side note to add. Do not drink Gatorade during practice. Only before or after. When i would drink Gatorade during practice one day i literally paralyzed half of my body and it was the worst feeling ever. Drink water during your swimming and polo. Then drink Gatorade after.
