I wish you'd spell properly. This is not a texting forum.

If you will be driving your brothers car only occasionally, you probably do not have to be on his insurance. Insurance policies typically cover anyone driving the car, but if you're brothers the ins co will have a hard time believing you're not 'sharing' more regularly, especially if you live together.

If you use his car regularly, you have to be listed as a driver on his insurance.

You can get insurance on your own, but you'd have to register the car in your name.

It is probably easiest to just be added to his policy, and will surely cost less.

You cannot get insurance on a car you do NOT own.  you have to be under his insurance.
