Is it an agency or just a school?

If this is the one in Pennsylvania, I've checked out their web site and they seem very legit.  In fact, some of the advice they offer sounds exactly what I write often here on YA: don't pay a representation fee, the legit agency only makes money as a percentage of your modeling income.  Shop around and compare different modeling schools, check BBB ratings and compare costs and reputation.

It's both a modeling agency and a school.  While I would be wary of such combined operations, it looks like they are operating each as an independent enterprise, and their choice to represent a model is not absolutely conditioned on the model using their school.

So give 'em a closer look--I see no incriminating evidence against them.
