Image downloading problem

Question

there is a black image before the pictures in my camera. the pictures cannot be downloaded to the pc. but it can be previewd using our tv. the images can be deleted except for that black image. i don't know where did it come from. it seems that it blocked the images to be transfered to the pc. even the icons in the software are unable. please help me.
