Image hosting site?

Question

I need an image hosting site that allows me to either

a) choose the URL or

b) allow me to switch the image keeping the same URL

I need this because I want have a myspace banner that some of my friends can post too, and so I can update it by changing the image but keeping the same URL so I dont have to get everybody to change the URL

Also, the image is a .gif

I don't believe there are any free image hosts which support changing images and keeping the same link.
