Image qulaity problem in fujifilm finepix fd50

Question

Hello,I have recently buy new one fujifilm finepix FD50 12 mp camera. When i shoot the images in LCD the result of the image shows great!. Even when i transfer them to my computer normally it shows great result. But when i open the image in photoshop and see the image in actual pixel view that time the image seems blurry like i took photos from my mobile phone with 2MP camera. so can you help me please that even i have 12MP camera even though why i gets such blurry image in actual pixel view in photoshop? and does this will effect if send the photos for digital printing in lab?Thanking you,Jitu Kukadia
