In image search I find several thumbnailed results. I click on one of them and I get redirected to the page that includes the picture. But the page does no longer exists and yet the picture is thumbnailed on the yahoo image search list. Is there a possibility to search in the history or cache memory somewhere to retrieve that picture?

  1. No, you should not be able to retrieve an image if the original page has been taken away. Thumbnails with links to pages that doesn't exist is a sign of low freshness. A good search service should never show thumbnail images of an image that doesn't exist anymore. In some cases the page has changed address. You should consider another image search service if you can not find what you are looking for or if you find many broken links.
