Image uploading sites that DO NOT resize th eimage if it's too big?

i ahve already tryed photobucker,imageshack,tinypic. and they all resize it because its too big! tinypic comes out the right size,but the quality comes out realy bad. is there any other sites?

Here is a free on line photo resizer i have used it and found it easy to use and offering a good free service. no software download needed.
