  1. the sky is the limit imagination has no end

so the highest kite one can fly means that

  2. A kite flies high up in the sky, moving about freely in the wind, but the kite can only fly so far and so high because the rope holds it back.

Imagination, on the other hand, can "fly as high and far as you want it to"; that is, it has no limits. You can imagine anything you want and so nothing can "restrict" or "limit" how far you can go with your imagination.

  3. imagination is the most unlimited thing in the world

  4. when you imagine a kite. you see a string and two stics and a plastic thing flying with a handle attached to the string. Imaginative people make the string an iron chain and the two stick longitude and lattitude axis of the galexy and the plastic thing is prayre while the handle is gods love
