Imagine anthropologists proved that there is indeed an inferior Race, which Race would that be?

I understand that Racism is wrong, but just imagine a scenario of an unlikely event that scientists prove there is an inferior Race, based on history and test scores around the world, what would you conclude the inferior Race to be? I would have to say the Black race because of their extremely poor performance in history and their low IQ scores.

What are the criteria for determining inferiority? Who decides? There's no doubt you can find an "inferior race" if you're the one defining the terms, but what would the determination really mean?

It is true that blacks score poorly on IQ tests and have a very high incarceration rate, but i think it all boils down to poor upbringing. A lot a people say we should just ship them back to Africa, but i think if more emphasis was put into education and upbringing blacks could totally turn their selves into productive members of society.

I agree with you that statistically blacks have a lower IQ level

but this is just generalizing

however for a superior race i would have to say asian because they are brought up with different values. usually stricter than most american families. im not saying this just because im asian, its just true. :)

I'd have to say white people.  We're so bad at protecting ourselves from the sun's cancerous rays, and it's only going to get worse with global warming, you know.

These sorts of scenarios are ridiculous.  Believe me, there are and have been plenty of racists in the sciences, and they would have loved to prove the inferiority of every race, particularly the not-white ones.  It hasn't happened.  And anyone who comes around spouting off stuff about black people and low IQ scores....  Look, do yourself a favor.  Check out Wikipedia's page on IQ tests, and take a basic anthropology course.  That anyone still believes that there is some genetic component to IQ scores is a failure of our educational system.

You must not know too much about Anthropology there is no such thing as different races. There is just one race the human race.  Your taking  an uneducated approach to all this, maybe you should read the Mismeasure of Man. It talks about how the Europeans separated people according to race and of course made their own the most superior and everyone else was seen as savages. You also much not have studied about African Cultures because once again you wouldn't be saying extremely poor performance in history. Also IQ scores are biased and they were never intended to be used to judge someones intelligence.

This question is poorly disguised racism.

If I were to actually imagine a situation in which anthropologists proved there is an inferior race, I would be imagining a different reality, one in which some sort of new information or method was introduced that allowed this to be done. Clearly, this information or method either doesn't exist, or is not used by anthropologists today. If it did exist, or was used, then we wouldn't have to imagine the situation, right?

But you're saying that if this information did exist, that black people would be the inferior race. You say that because of currently available information that does exist (I'll forego the debate about that for now). But this information already exists, and anthropologists have not named blacks an inferior race, right?

So why the h**l are you using that information? What makes your imaginary world different from the real one? The way your scenario is set up, there is no real difference. You just used the word "imagine" as a segue into a racist little opinion that you tried (very poorly) to disguise as a thoughtful point.

Take a sociology class to learn more about races and their IQs, their cultures and why they turn out the way they typically do.

Can you imagin what that race would look like ? It would obviously have to be a lesser intelligent race than your own, would it not,  for all the obvious reasons.

            

     PS. Why should it be left to Anthropologists to decide who was inferior. I only know that you being a Separatist, are inferior to me.
