the best way to deal with a cappy id to pretend nothing is going on and make him remember how it used to be ... if he loves you he will come back. Trust me ...maybe plan a date too.

Do us a favor- please don't say 'cappy.' And if you think you're overreacting about your Capricorn's distance, then you probably are blowing it way out of proportion. If you're calling him constantly and whatnot, then that's only going to make matters worse. Yes, backing off is a good thing.

Also, you should probably add more details...like how long you've been together, your sign, etc.
