  1. The pain makes me think you have a kidney stone, but it also tells me you have a very bad kidney infection. First you don't usually get stones in both kidneys, but an infection can and it will gradually infect other parts of the urinary track. Amoxicilin Antibiotic will not help with a kidney infection. It can be bacteria but you need Bactrim or Septra for that kind. Are you sure you don't have a little burning sensation when you urinate? That's a sure sign of infection. A good home remedy is to drink at least a gallon of Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice. Several glasses throughout the day, but drink the whole gallon. Drink lots of water to flush the kidneys along with it, and one more thing if you want to try it, and it does work. Put about 6 to 8 ounces of water in a glass and add a tablespoon or tablespoon and a half of Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar to it, stir and drink it straight down, a little honey, not much, may help you with the taste. Do this at least three times a day. Better off not to use anything but the vinegar, and the taste is not all that bad, that's why you gulp in down all at once. Kidney infections can also increase your blood pressure, and if it's high, may explain the dizziness. An infection also explains the fever. I wish for you the very best young lady, and hope it clears out of you and you are better in no time. If this continues much longer, better go to the Doctor.

  2. Go to the doctor as soon as possible, it could be a sign that your kidneys are in serious danger.

That is also the same area as the GI tract, so if you've been having any problems in the bathroom department, that could be the issue.

Either way, be sure to drink water, nothing with sugar or caffeine in it.

  3. ~ Hi ~ ! I'm sorry you're in so much pain. It really sounds like kidney stones to me. My husband had them and he is a VERY stoic person who can take A LOT of pain and he was crying on the floor! I had never seen him like that and I felt so incredibly helpless.

If the pain gets too intense you will need to get someone to take you to emergency (they will give you something for pain). They will run tests to confirm if it's kidney stones.

If you think you can make it through the night with the pain, just try to stay hydrated by drinking water a call your Doctor FIRST thing in the morning.

I hope you get answers and relief soon.
