  1. the best way is to do it legally and become a naturalized citizen...

You can have dual citizenship in both countries.

you should look up all the rules

Because the average american doesn't even know how to get a passport. lol.....It is too complicate, or better yet, bring her to Scotland and Marry her there and just live there, it is probably safer and better!

  2. go to mexico and jump the border, everybodys doing it lmao

  3. If you decide you two are going to get married, she can apply for a fiance visa for you.  She has to prove she has sufficient income and assets to support you and to guarantee a $30,000 bond.  She also has to prove a valid long-term relationship -- where & how you met, when and where you have been together, etc.  It takes about a year to get a fiance visa, and you must remain in your country of citizenship while the application is processed.  Since she is pregnant, how is she going to prove she can support herself, the baby and you?

If you marry there, she will have to apply for a spousal visa.  You will remain in your country while that is processed.  Takes about 2 to 2-1/2 yrs currently.  Proof of a valid relationship and ability to support are again required.

  4. Since she is pregnant, have you considered marrying her?????  You also need to decide if you want to be a citizen or a legal alien.  If you do decide to marry her, you don't have to become a citizen.

  5. First of all, there is no easier, or faster way to immigration US. The best option would be K-1 Fiance Visa. Good luck!
