Imitation Sour Cream at Ponderosa?

My man and I visited Ponderosa while on vacation in Florida. On the Taco Bar there was something that looked like sour cream... and I think it was supposed to BE sour cream.. but it tasted just artificial.. what was it?

There sour cream at Ponderosa always tastes bad.  I have no idea what they put in it and I never eat it because it tastes nasty.  I don't know what it is, but it's nasty. Never eat it again!!

No, it is sour cream.  However, a lot restaurants are using fat free or reduced fat and some people notice a taste differnce.
