  1. You need to go back to your own country and apply to come here legally.

  2. you can't get a SSN without being a legal citizen with a green card.

    Identity theft is illegal so...

Go back to your country and apply for a green card.

  3. At 18 you have  a short period of time to return to you country and be treated as a minor in the eyes of immigration.

If you fail to leave you will be treated as an adult and deported and banned for 10 years

  4. ah no its not gona work but you dont need to live the country

you do need to apply for recedence card once you do that you get a work athurazation card and then you get a ssn

thats how i did it anny ways i still dont have a green card but i can work and have a ssn while my states is pending.

  5. It sounds like you are illegal otherwise you would be able to get a ssn and a green card.

I doubt if they will let you stay here as immigration is cracking down on all illegals.

You need to go back to your own country (if you are here illegally) and apply like I did.

  6. if you entered illegally, which it sounds like you did, you can either apply for asylum (real danger of persecution in your country) within the country, or return to your country of origin.  if you entered legally, you should be able to get a green card, but maybe or maybe not a ssn.

if you entered illegally it is very hard to get legal status without returning home (even if you marry a citizen)

if you entered legally, but overstayed your visa, it is easier to adjust your status for work, school, marriage, etc.

  7. If you have no visa or green card you cannot get a social security number. You need to go back to your country and apply for a US visa to start the process.
