I migrated to canada in year 2000 but returned back. Can I migrate again ?

are you a legal permanent card hold and probably not you have been gone to long. they count the time you are in the country. why do so many do this when migrating to cnd.

did you abandonned your visa?

and how long that you stay away ?

did you get a immigrant resident card ?

did you perhaps have a job in Canada ? and left? do come back and explain your visa term a bit better so i may try to answer you ?
