Immersion/ exchange programs?

I'm looking for a Spanish immersion program for next summer, 4-5 weeks would be the best. And I'm also looking for an exchange program to do grade 12 in another country. I would really like to go to Scotland, but I can't find any programs offering Scotland. Can anyone help or suggest another country?

I studied with Rotary International for the year after 12th grade (like a gap year). I liked it! I reccommend it for sure. They go to Spain and South America. I don't know any that do Scotland. You might have to find your own personal program or go through a university later if you're intent on Scotland.
