Immgration forms?

how long does usually take to hear back from the immgration office after you sent off your completed forms with the payment enclose? It has been three weeks now with no reponse, can someone help me?

They will take up to 30 to post you a receipt. Once you have a receipt number there is a website you can visit that will give you email notices on your case.

Immigration to what country , from what country?  immigration is usually a very long process.  Did you apply to immigrate or to get a travel visa?
