Immigrant....?help...?

Question

Alright,so im an American Citizen.

I was born in CA.

in 1990..

But,my mother was born in Mexico.

Lately..well,a while back,I been thinking of making her a citizen.Its sad that she hasn't seen my grandmother For @ 12 yrs, now.

She misses mexico,and i would love for my mother to have the freedom of going to mexico and coming back LEGALLY.

I dont know what to do..What are the rules,Nothing at all.

All i know is I'm 18,and determine to help my mother out.

She's being Living here in the U.S since 1990..She owns a house..

She is willing to pay,or do whatever.Please help me guys!
