Immigrant petition:I was approved & already here in the US.is it possible for me to go back to after 2 weeks?

i want to go back to my country after a week or as early as possible to continue my studies. this is my 4th and last year of studying hope i can finish this before living my whole life in the US after graduation..

  1. If you have your green card...yes. Make sure you are not gone for more than 6 months. If you will be there is a form on www.uscis.gov that you need to file.


  2. George L is right! u have to request for advance parole. contact a lawyer or go to the link he gave u. u cant just simply hop and go. hahhaah.

  3. You can if you file for Advance Parole and get it before leaving. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to return without getting your immigrant visa first back home, as legally you would have abandoned your adjustment application. Check out uscis.gov for more information.
