Can an immigrant in Canada go on tour for two wiks eventhough they still need to stay there for 3 years just to be a citizen? He's naturally from the Philippines. Can he go on trip to other countries? Except Philippines?\

  2. if you are a permanent resident of Canada yes you can go on holidays to another country  anytime

    make sure he has his permanent residency card for reentry to Canada

  3. Or course he can. Make sure his canadian immigrant visa is valid to re-entry to Canada.  Check the visa requirement for the country he is going to be visiting.

  4. He must be a VISA holder. Once he had a VISA he can visit the country that issue the visa and stay there until the agreed span of time depending on the type of visa that he holds.

    I can his via on a country is to be expired he must exit the country but not neccessary means to go back to the Philippines. He can temporary exit on our country in order no to disobey the terms of his visa.
