Immigrating to the UK or Australia and finding work?

Hi. Does anyone know of any companies or services that can help someone with the processes one has to go through in order to immigrate from the US to the UK or Australia?

For finding work I would assume one could just employ the same techniques one would use here in the states but is there a service that would help with this as well? Perhaps helping one find different companies that are looking for new employees (willing to sponsor) and their actual locations?

If it helps I'm currently in the IT field currently as computer coordinator for a school district (with a B.A. and Master's degree). My responsibilities run from hardware and software installation and maintenance to networking to working along side teachers and students to help solve their programs. Pretty much a system administrator for the building I'm responsible for.

I wouldn't bother coming to the UK.
