I have been trying to help out this kid who has been in America for 12 years.. his parent left him here (In America) with his grandmother when he was 8 years old .. Unfortunetly his parents not caring didn't do anything when he first arrived and just left him behind.

He has been trying to get his papers from Immigration with his grandmothers help ..but immigration keeps denying him.

What can he do?

Is there someone that knows a very good lawyer or some way that works?

Plus: Isn't it NOT his fault since his parents left him here when he was only 8years old?

  1. He's not a kid any more. He is now an adult and will be treated as such by immigration. As they see it he should have left as soon as he was 18.  He needs a lawyer.

Catholic Social Services provide good quality low cost immigration lawyers. You don't have to be catholic to ask for their help. They usually charge according to income. Just look in your local phone book for a number of an office near you.
