  1. Who cares, you are getting a divorce.  Let her figure that out on her own.  Part of being divorced is being able to manage your own life and not depending on someone else.

  2. I can see why you would want to help her.  But she is a big girl now and has to do stuff on her own.  Is that why she married you? To stay in the US?  Let her figure that out on her own.  She needs to reapply asap if she wants to stay.  But I don't know what will happen if your divorce comes first.

  3. Why should you care?

Looks like she keeps finding suckers!

    Grow up, man!

She will have to go back and find a new fool!

    Feel silly, you should!

Maybe she wants a refund from you?

  4. she needs to go ahead and start applying for another green card, or better yet, her citizenship... green cards are good for 10 years... and to so not cause trouble, she needs to go ahead and file for this as soon as possible.

  5. her conditional  green card  from her previous marriage is no longer valid. did you ever file a new green card for her. A divorce wont help get a new green card for her!!!

what her legal status in US?
