Immigration Question for a freind, Please Help!?

I have a friend who wants to get married from someone outside the united states. She went to his country and stayed with him, she became pregnant and now is in the united states. She wants to file for a fiance visa for him, but she has no sponsor, does anyone know if she will need a sponsor or not. She can't sponsor him because she don't make enough money. If anyone knows anything about this i would appreciate your help.

yes, she will need to get a sponsor for him. her parents or an aunt/uncle or friend cant sponsor him? i suggest she should talk to a lawyer

She needs a lawyer, but she needs to petition on her behalf and child's behalf, so he can support both my being in USA.

Best thing to do is work with child welfare and state  department (naturalisation and Immigration in USA).
