I am on H-1B, working for an IT Consulting firm. My employer has been paying me lesser than my offer letter amount. I do not know the LCA amount and my employer refuses to tell me. I have I-797,

Pay Stubs, Offer Letter and W-2 from the company. What can i do to get my unpaid wages?
