Immigration and I130 form?

ok my husband and his family had applied for the residence and everything was going fine, everything was legal but they missed the last appointment and they stopped the case. its been like 3 years from that, so now we are trying to get him a work permit or the residence by me since im a citizen, were married and have a child they said it was easier but they are requesting the I130 form which is the petition from when his mom requested him, but we dont have it and i was told that it would slow the process down. would there be any way that they could just fax that sheet to me or mail it since it had already been done?

i believe they are asking for a form i-130 with you as the petitioner... not the old i-130 by his mom if you're trying to immigrate him through marriage to you.

so you need to fill up a new form and mail it to USCIS.
