Immigration and University?

I'm a Canadian citizen and have lived here my whole life. I really want to go to UCL in London, England, but the international student fees come out to about 20,000 a year, and my family is anything but well off. If I permanantly move to England, as a resident, instead of just getting a student visa, would I still have to pay the international student fees?

  2. & how do u think u will move to UK as resident?

Keep in mind that you must pay TAXES for at least three years & prove it that u have paid such taxes to qualify as home student fee.

So even if u are resident in UK u just have to do a job for three years.
