Immigration dilemma?

10 years of marriage. have a kid together. the wife is giving the other green card? they went to immigration things get posponed . Now the wife keep the husband out for another man. do you think he still have a chance to be legal. what is his other alternatinatives

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. What do you mean by "the wife is giving the other green card"? And are you saying that 'the husband' has lived in the U.S. illegally and now he's trying to get his green card?

He had 10 years to get his affairs in order and for that matter become a citizen so I say he deserves what is coming to him.He needs to go to the immigration asap

This is not at all clear.  Is the husband an illegal alien?  If so, not even marriage can get him legalized.  And the marriage is no longer valid since it is clearly coming to an end -- the wife has another relationship even if the divorce is not yet final.  The husband has to leave the US if he is an illegal alien.  

And if he came here legally on a spousal visa, with the marriage kaput, so is his permission to remain in the US.  It is time for him to return to his own country.  No alternative.
