okay my friend is 15 now well turning shes been here since 4

is there any way for her to get papers and get a drivers license ?

i know dont give he hate stop cause ill report ! try to help

Hi There!

if your friend has a member of her family living legal in the US, they need to sponsor her, applying for the 130 application. If she doesn't have any one, then it will be harder for her, she needs to get older enough so she can get a job and hopefully she can become a legal resident through employment. It's hard now days to get legal without having any new law in immigration. I wish there is a law for teenagers living in the US since they were kids, but there is not! Good Luck to her :)
