  1. First you need to talk to a quality emigration lawyer, who knows the way around things.  You need to do it ASAP because you only have 6months left.

You should have filed for a spouse visa the day you got married but you can still do that, so dont worry just get it done.  once that has been granted and you go into the INS and go thru the interview process you ask them for i believe it is the travel visa so that you can go in and out of the country.  Also at the same time you file like maybe a week later file for a green card.  It is a process but to make sure that you are allowed to stay its worth it.

The lawyer can advise you on all this and it will be well worth the money to talk to them.  Just make sure that you find a qualified one not just one that's there to get you money.

also the lawyer can give you the papers to extend your visa so that you can stay longer than 6 months until your other visa's go thru.    As far as I know you can do all this at an embassy because your husband is stationed outside the US

Hope thats not too confusing and that it helps!

  2. you need to consult with a lawyer SOON.i am sure someone on base can recommend one for your situation

  3. im not an expert, but i dont see how you would get on the base, or even into england, without being a citizen, or at least a resident alien.

if you are a citizen of england, you could at least stay in england, but i still dont think you can live with him on the base.

other then calling the American embassy in your country, and asking them, i dont know what to say.

or, just stop entering the country illegally and become a citizen.

you might not ever make it on base with him, it is probably going to look like you just got married so you could stay in the USA, in which case, you will never be a citizen, or a resident alien.

  4. You might see an immigration lawyer before your visa expires (I don't know how much time you have), and seek advice from the embassy via either a phone call or your husband.

Go for a consultation with a few different ones (might be a fee) and tell each your story.  (You won't be ratted out.)  Don't sign any paperwork until you've listened to atleast 3 different lawyers' advice and details of the important issues, immigration protocol, potential length of processing, and overall fees.  Compare their advice.  It will save you some (if little) grief of feeling hopelessly ignorant, and may better inform a decision about your moving.  While you're doing your bit here in the U.S. w/the immigration lawyers, get him to contact the embassy and have him tell the story and get their advice.  That way, you can cover more informational bases at once and be able to compare your sources.  I would advise you to schedule the consultations immediately, get your husband to seek overseas advice immediately.

With more knowledge, you will feel less desperate.

    I've been there.

Love finds ways of working things out.

I wish you both the best.
