  2. It means the interviewer was not confident enough to stamp without further investigation. The letter you get will either deny your visa you ask you to provide more information

  3. Yes and if you have to travel you take that letter with you from what I remember or they will send you another card or something.

  4. You are probably still pending Immigration background checks. Did he give you a letter at the interview? They usually do with several boxes, at least one should have been checked? No big deal, don't worry.
