Immigration problems?

Hi y'all! A friend of mine from Nigeria living in cape verde wants to visit Trinidad, however a VISA is costly so we opted for the WAIVER OF VISA which when we applied was not approved. Does anyone have any other options besides having to actually acquire the VISA which is like buying a car in Trinidad! Geeezzzzzzz!!!

Get a US passport. No visa needed

No option but to apply for the visa.  What's his status in Cape Verde?  Does he have any history of immigration law violations anywhere?  If so, do not even bother applying for a visa.

Anyone who cannot afford a visa cannot afford a vacation in that country -- prime screening tool!

BTW, a visa waiver application is twice as expensive as a visa.  See the Trinidad & Tobago website.
