  1. if you're a US citizen, then it takes at least 10 years for all of them to be able to enter the US. why? because the daughter is over 21 and married. they fall under the lowest priority of family preference.

if you're a permanent resident... then you have to wait until you become a citizen. permanent residents are only allowed to bring in their underaged and single children (as well as their spouses, of course).

  2. yes well you need to take it into 2 steps categories:

you need to start by him petitoning for his daguhter now they are 2 options:

    1. the daguhter was born to parent that is a us citizen AT THE TIME OF THE CHILD'S BIRTH and has lived in the united states for more then 5 years in the usa out of which he has been over 14 for more then 2 years in this case u r allready a citizen without even knowing.

2.the father naturlized after the child's birth then he must petiton to sponsor but bewre there is a waiting list of about 6-7 years.

now after you have got the daguters citizenship/green card she can apply to bring her spouse and all un-married under 21 year old children there is no waiting time for this visa althogh you do have to show that u can support them 125% above the poverty line.

    good luck!

  3. It depends upon the daughters country of birth, if the father is a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, and when your I-130 Petition is approved. Need more information to give you a better guess.
