    well what you can do is give him custody or have him sponsor them.

    My stepfather helped my mom get her citizenship and he helped me and my siblings get residency..now that we are over 18 we have to do it ourselves...so as long as they are under 18 at the time of application yes

    EDIT: if he is a resident...i think he can too because my mom was a resident..but my stepfather was a born citizen so just google it!

  3. Not really. Permanent Resident can only petition their spouse and children. When he becomes US Citizen, the can petition YOU with your children. That would be Family Based Immigrants Preference 3rd.

  4. No.  They are his grandchildren.

    A green card holder can only petition for a spouse and children.

    A US citizen can petition for a spouse, children, parents and siblings.
