  1. She can not do anything, she submitted fake marriage document before.

Marriage is a subject matter of the laws of the state or country where the marriage was entered into. Federal laws usually recognize the validity of a marriage if the marriage was valid in a state or another country where the marriage was entered into.

According to The Defense of Marriage Act, U.S. Congress clarifies that the word "marriage" means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word "spouse" refers only to a person of the opposite s*x who is a husband or wife. Apparently, U.S. Congress interprets that marriage exists only between male and female. http://www.greencardfamily.com/citizensp...

  2. She should enjoy the flight home.  She's going to be deported and she will never be allowed back into the United States.

If I might ask, what country is she from?

  3. If you lie to get residency status, and you get caught, then your illegal butt gets booted out of the country. She's getting what she deserves. She signed an oath to provide only truthful information on her green card application-she's not trustworthy enough to stay. Let's hope they deport her soon.

  4. She can do nothing until she can create a REAL certified DIVORCE decree from the first fake marriage which will not be possible so she is out of luck. She can not be married to a US citizen without proper certified divorce decree. It is not possible to be married to 2 people at the same time in any country.  Something here is not true. I seriously doubt she is legally married to anyone.
