Immunization in Tampa Florida? is there an exemption form available for religous beliefs?

In other states there is an exemption form available for people that want to be exept from all those nasty shots based on religous beliefs, is there anything like this available in Florida?

Maybe, but you're putting yourself and your child at risk from contracting the nasty diseases.  

What makes you think vaccines are 'nasty?'

FYI: vaccines do not cause autism, incase someone wants to bring up that nonsense.

Yes in Florida there is a religious exemption.  But no philosophical exemption.  So you must go the religious root.  More can be learned at the National Vaccine Information Center website.
