  1. my daughter is 18 months, and has never had any sort of reaction or fever when she had her immunizations.

wait, she did once have a little egg knot where the injection was, but I wouldn't classify that as a reaction.

  2. It depends on which one (I found).  For the 2 month shot, he was in pain about 4 hours after the vaccine, we gave him some Tempra and he was fine.  With the 4 month shot, he was sleepy and a little cranky for two days (it started the same day).  He had no reaction to the 6 month shot.

  3. Read the book, "Vaccines: Are they Really Safe and Effective?" By Neil Z. Miller and decide for yourself. It's only about 100 pages with charts. You can buy it off amazon.com for cheap.

****It quotes data from the Center for Disease Control, American Medical Association & numerous medical journals and reports such as the New England Medical Journal. It has over 900 references to reknown medical publications and/or medical professionals.****

I am reading it and I am confident in my decision.

He also has a book called "Vaccine Safety Manual: For Concerned Families and Health Professionals" that I will be reading next.

  4. An adverse reaction can start immediately or not for days or weeks.  In the latter case, most doctors wouldn't even consider that it might be related to the vaccines, but enough of these reactions have been reported that doctors SHOULD know it's possible.

  5. Does anyone have any idea what is IN those vaccines?  Check out the listing from the CDC site and count how many times they're injecting mercury (thimerosal) and formaldehyde in your children.

Just look, it's all I ask...

I know I may sound like one of those conspiracy theorists, and I'm not putting anyone down for vaccinating your children.  I commend ANYONE who does what they believe is best for their child...  But ONLY if it is an informed choice.  I ask for the health of your children, just to look and see what is in those vaccines and then look to see what long-term side effects those ingredients cause.  One example from the mouths of the CDC themselves, is that mercury is known to cause cognitive disability and there is NO safe level for mercury in the body, yet it is SAFELY injected through vaccines time after time.  I wish everyone nothing but health and good fortune for themselves, and especially, their children!

  6. It usually takes from 2 to 4 hours for baby's body to start producing the antibodies. The reaction may appear after 2 hours in the form of grizzling and in 3-4 in form of headache or temperature.

The doctors usually do not recommend giving Paracetamol in the first 2 hours, as it's nice to watch the symptoms to catch anything that might be unusual. But my mother-in-law - pediatrician of more than 30 years dealing with little ones recommended to give Pamol in the first 4 hours to help with headache and general well-being and she was right. Bubba started getting grizzly after 3.5 hours for the first vaccinations, and 2 hours after 2nd and 3rd, as her body was ready.

However, she had no fever at all, and everything passed smoothly.

  7. The pain at the injection site will start immediately, some children never get fevers from immunization, my son's usually start about 2 hours after.

  8. it took my daughter about half a day but i know it's different with every baby
